素材はコットン100%のライトウェイトマドラスチェック薄地生地で、シャツには自然なムラ感やかすれ感がある風合いと色合いが表現されています。薄手で軽やかな素材感が特徴で、ナチュラルでドライな感触の夏向けの薄手生地です。

この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、生地には程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるシャツに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。着込むほどに、さらに生地が馴染み風合いを増していきます。

フロントは7つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です(下2つのボタンは予備ボタンです)。ボタンには上品な3つ穴の貝釦が使用されています。ボタンホールは垂直方向に穴が開けられています。

負荷のかかるショルダー部分にはもう1枚生地をあてた補強ヨーク仕様です。背中ヨークの中央にはハンガーループが付き、また、タック(ボックスプリーツ/アクションセンタープリーツ)が入れられ運動性も考慮されています。オーソドックスなボタンダウンシャツのデザインを踏襲しています。

左胸にはポケット口に折り返しが付けられた補強ステッチ付きパッチポケットが設けられています。ポケットはボディに柄合わせされています。

主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのヴィンテージシャツの仕様を再現した王道的なつくりです。

両脇裾にはマチが付き、空縫いすると出てくる「空環」の、2本針(ダブルステッチ)の撚り糸が垂れ下がっています。昔ながらのワークシャツの縫製手法を踏襲したディティールです。

フロント左身頃の裾裏にはギャランティーチケットが縫い付けられています。ギャランティーチケットはユニオンチケットとも呼ばれ、衣類を製作する会社が労働組合に加盟している事を示したものだと言われています。

Inspired by American traditional classic shirts with a button-down collar, it is made from 100% India grown cotton lightweight Madras Plaid fabric. This shirt blends timeless style with a modern, casual look, retaining its classic charm while aligning with contemporary fashion trends. It is both fashionable and comfortable. The fabric of this shirt is made from Indian cotton, woven with indigo and several other colored yarns to create a unique Madras Plaid pattern. This non-stretch, lightweight, and breathable fabric offers a unique, naturally blurred, and faded shade, along with a dry feel and sophisticated wrinkled texture. Fabric : The fabric of this shirt is made from Indian cotton, woven with indigo and several other colored yarns to create a unique Madras Plaid pattern. This non-stretch, lightweight, and breathable fabric offers a unique, naturally blurred, and faded shade, along with a dry feel and sophisticated wrinkled texture. Additionally, as part of the finishing process, it is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and to achieve a vintage appearance and comfortable texture. This light fabric is ideal for summer. Madras checks are a type of fabric that is characterized by its colorful and distinctive pattern of criss-crossing lines of varying colors. They are named after the Indian city of Madras (now known as Chennai), which was once a major center for the production of cotton fabrics.

Types of garment closure (Placket type) : Front button closure. 7 buttons on front opening with two lower spare buttons. Full-button closure (Front placket) with vertical button holes.

Buttons : The buttons are 3-holes mother of pearl buttons.

Collar Type : Button-down collar with collar band for crisper appearance. A button sewed at the back of the collar (the extra button on the back of the collar to keep the tie in place).

Bottom hem type : Rounded shirttails with side gussets. Curved hem (shirt tail). Side gussets on the hem, and double twisted threads-runnoff that extend and hang from the side seams on the hem. A gusset is a piece of fabric which adds durability to a section of a garment. For this shirt, gussets are seen at the point where the side seams meet the hem. The chainstitch runoff extending (double twisted threads which hang from the side seam on hem). This detail can be seen on rare vintage shirts as well as modern reproductions.

Pocket : Matched open-top patch pocket on left chest, allowing for a seamless image. Creating matched pockets requires the use of more fabric and more precise cutting and sewing. The pocket opening is reinforced with folded edge and stitching for added durability.

Yoke type : Straight back yoke. A shirt yoke is made from two layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at at stress points.

Back of the shirt : Center box pleats are placed just below the yoke for more comfortable movement. Hanger loop on the back. Locker loop(To prevent collar from being deformed while hanging).
